Most gunite pool projects in this area run 8 to 14 weeks from permit approval to water in the pool, depending on yard access, soil conditions, and how quickly your county processes permits. We give you a schedule before we break ground and update you each week so you are never guessing.

Yes. We prepare the permit drawings, submit to Gwinnett or Forsyth county on your behalf, and provide the documentation most HOAs require for approval. You do not need to coordinate with the county yourself or navigate the permit portal.

We use tracked equipment where possible to limit ground pressure and discuss staging and access with you before work begins. Some lawn damage near the dig area is unavoidable — we are straightforward about that before you sign, not after. We do not promise perfect sod and leave you with ruts.

Gunite pools are built in place from sprayed concrete — you choose any shape, depth, or feature configuration you want. Fiberglass pools are prefabricated shells set into the ground — faster to install and smooth to the touch, but limited to standard manufacturer shapes and sizes. For a custom design or a yard with unusual dimensions or slopes, gunite is almost always the better fit. We build both and will give you an honest side-by-side comparison for your specific project.
